Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in compensation market analysis, plan design, and administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Workday HCM or a similar enterprise HRIS
