The role involves preparing palletized loads for shipment, ensuring safe and proper balancing and placement of products, and assisting with pallet building and route-specific product selection.
Employees work in a safe manner following all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment to avoid accidents and allow rapid loading.

Must-have
Operate pallet jack or forklift
Shrink wrap palletized loads
Load pallets on trucks
Maintain product integrity through handling
Follow safety procedures and regulations
Lift and move merchandise up to 60 lbs
Push/pull up to 300 lbs with mechanical aids
Nice-to-have
Basic computer skills
Clear communication and attentive listening
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach shelves
Work in varying weather conditions
Maintain clean work area
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or 6 months equivalent experience
Forklift certification preferred
Capable of lifting 60 lbs and pushing/pulling 300 lbs
Able to stand and walk entire shift
Capable of recognizing letters and numbers visually and aurally
