Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician IV will perform and coordinate high-quality medication reconciliations to support perioperative care efforts at TOSH, ensuring an accurate medication list is available for clinical decision-making prior to surgery.
This role supports perioperative medication safety by identifying discrepancies, clarifying medication regimens, and escalating clinically significant concerns to appropriate providers and/or pharmacists.
