Job Summary
As VP of Engineering, you will lead CLEAR’s travel-focused engineering organization, owning the engineering strategy and execution across mobile, web, CLEAR+, hardware, payments, and partner-facing tools.
You will build, develop, and manage Directors, Engineering Managers, and Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, measurement, and continuous improvement.
CLEAR offers a holistic total rewards package including comprehensive healthcare, family-building benefits, flexible time off, and a base salary range of $325,000-$365,000.
