The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Responsibilities include administering medications, completing detailed charting, managing discharge plans, and participating in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.

Must-have
Night shift 6p-6a schedule
Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications and treatments
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Ability to handle difficult residents tactfully
Experience with PCC software preferred
Positive emphasis on resident care environment
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
