• The Benefits Analyst is responsible for analysis, administration, and enhancement of KLA’s employee benefits programs, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of retirement and savings plans, administration and reporting of Federal and State compliance requirements, and coordinating annual open enrollment activities.
• KLA's total rewards package includes participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K) with company matching, ESPP, and other benefits.
