Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help, reporting all accidents, and observing for pressure areas or skin breakdowns.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any suspected abuse or unauthorized access attempts.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily functions
