The Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing supervisors, engineering leaders and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Owns the end-to-end performance of the assigned manufacturing area and ensures compliance with ISO13485, GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 78.300 EUR to 135.700 EUR, with additional benefits including an annual bonus, vacation days, and various well-being programs.
