Job Summary

  • Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and controlling specific steps in the production process where food safety hazards could occur.
  • Responsible for completing all mandated HACCP checks and measures and supporting documents as outlined in the corporate SOP in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Must be able to work safely and effectively in confined spaces and in a very cold and wet environment for extended periods of time.
