Success will be measured in Sales (Completes & Aftermarket) - revenues; bookings and profitability; developing a strong, structured and disciplined approach in managing a distributor.
Responsibilities include managing distributor business performance, developing distributor capability for sustainable long-term growth, executing channel strategy, and enabling 2-way communication between Ingersoll Rand and its distributors.
