  • Brindar solución a los casos de clientes, de forma eficiente actuando como intermediario entre la compañía y la empresa, brindando atención Premium de forma remota (vía telefónica y correo electrónico) enfocado en los procesos operativos, otorgando respuesta ágil a los clientes corporativos.
  • El cliente verá al Ejecutivo de Servicios como un experto en transacciones operativas para proveer solución a los requerimientos de la empresa y a través de su gestión experimentará una vía rápida de respuesta a las transacciones tradicionales más frecuentes, otorgando respuesta analítica, efectiva y oportuna según SLA, orientada a la satisfacción de los clientes corporativos.
