Job Summary

• The Maintenance Technician ensures the property meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality by performing maintenance related tasks and responding to resident service requests promptly.
• This role requires working both inside and outside the property, maintaining grounds and amenities, and supporting cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Service Technicians must demonstrate strong customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and participate in safety and risk management programs.
