Must-have

  • Secret security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 8+ years engineering experience
  • ISO 9001 and AS9100 auditing
  • MRB and FRB chairing experience
  • RCCA and Six Sigma application

Nice-to-have

  • J-Std-001/IPC-A-610 certification
  • ASQ CQE or Quality Manager
  • Factory systems like SAP Windchill
  • First Article Inspections per AS9102
  • Basis of Estimates development
  • Mentoring and team leadership skills
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro proficiency

Key Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance on day 1
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
  • Working knowledge of GD&T and drawings/specs
  • Experience with Nonconforming Material Boards (MRB)
