The role requires strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, maintain current policies, and assist in developing quality assurance programs for the nursing service department.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
