The OU Category Head, Oral Health ISC is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end category leadership of Haleon’s largest and most strategically critical category in the India Subcontinent (ISC).
The role leads the end‑to‑end Oral Health portfolio - including Sensodyne, Pronamel, Parodontax, implements and mouthwash - integrating brand, expert and digital teams within Haleon’s category‑led operating model.
Lead, develop and inspire senior brand leaders, building a high‑performing, agile and engaged organisation.

Key Requirements
18-20+ years' experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare
Strong strategic marketing and commercial accountability
Experience leading large categories and multifunctional teams
Proven capability in end-to-end brand building and portfolio management
Experience in dynamic, complex markets (India/ISC)
Strong people leadership experience
Master’s degree (MBA preferred) from a top-tier business school
Early-career experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy is an advantage
