Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain product flow to meet customer requirements, including scheduling procurement and manufacturing activities for an assigned product group.
The position continuously enhances planning and scheduling processes, identifying opportunities to improve customer service, reduce inventory investment, and increase overall supply chain efficiency.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the 3M GSC Philippines office and will be responsible for operational and technical expertise, forecasting and scheduling, analytical and problem-solving skills, process improvement and compliance management, and collaboration and communication.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in FTS transactional activities
