Job Summary

• The Coordinator is responsible for achieving the organization’s goals & program for members throughout the Los Angeles Area, directing a team of union staff in contract enforcement, member worksite actions and engagement on larger social/political issues.
• Responsibilities include managing a team of internal organizing staff, developing and implementing membership training programs, planning major campaigns, tracking member data, and handling advanced case management for worker issues.
