Analyze and optimize production planning and quality management processes, configure and implement SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide end-user training and support, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PPQM modules.
