Job Summary

  • Investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes and develop strategies to improve associated sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is maintained accurately and comply with company standards, while working with sales teams to understand objectives, priorities, challenges, and process/system issues.
  • Acts as a change agent to drive business improvement within the commercial organization, driving adoption of new processes, metrics and tools, interfacing with employees at various levels of the commercial organization.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other EU language
  • Excellent MS-Office skills and affinity to digital solutions
