Key Requirements
At least 10 years business experience
Bachelor degree in business, economics, science, design, engineering, psychology or similar fields
Consulting experience with a top tier firm OR Strategy experience within a Financial Services firm
Proven ability to operate with high autonomy and sound judgement
Solid understanding of retail banking market dynamics
