Job Summary

  • This pivotal role will work closely with Risk and Control Owners to shape CIB’s first line risk and control agenda, ensuring a robust control environment that supports sustainable business growth within regulatory and risk appetite expectations.
  • As Head of CIB and Cross Border Controls, you’ll lead the Chief Controls Office for CIB Relationship and Ring‑Fenced Bank (RFB) Product teams, ensuring a consistent operating framework is applied across all jurisdictions and steering the direction for first line risk and controls.
