Job Summary
Health Educators provide a patient-centered, harm reduction approach to reach individuals living with HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV), and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
This position is a one-year role subject to grant funding for possible extension and will work primarily out of Mount Sinai Queens or Mount Sinai Brooklyn with some travel to other sites required.
This is an ideal position to gain experience in community health, research, and clinical medicine.

At least 1 year of experience in clinical environment
Knowledge of community resources and health care processes
