Job Summary
Responsible for operations of the Hospice Program under the general direction of the Hospice Governing Body, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating all clinical and administrative operations.
Ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Georgia State Regulations, and develops hospice goals and objectives in accordance with the mission.
Oversees hospice quality assessment performance improvement activities, conducts community needs assessments, and assists in negotiating contractual agreements.
