Key Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English at 600 (TOEIC)
  • Three (3) years' experience customer problem/resolution
  • Two (2) current year FedEx call center CSR
  • Knowledge of COSMOS tracking and IMS
  • Knowledge of FedEx features of service
  • Working knowledge of internal FedEx policies
