Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Critical Care or Emergency Department RN experience
  • Active South Carolina RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to practice in high-stress environments
  • Proficiency with MEWS scoring systems

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
  • Experience with nursing supervisor cross-training
  • Commitment to continuous improvement culture
  • Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN within two years if ADN
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Must obtain PALS, TNCC, ENPC & Safety Care certifications post-hire
  • Previous Critical Care or Emergency Department RN experience required
