Job Summary
This position is accountable and responsible for practice as a licensed registered nurse for care delivered in collaboration with the direct care, bedside nurse, using various technologies to communicate with patients and family members.
The Digital RN assesses patients, plans, and implements care through the virtual interview process, utilizing video and EPIC technologies to provide digital bedside patient care.
Develops an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the inpatient bedside nurse, patient/family, and other members of the health care team, prioritizing care based on patient needs.
