Job Summary

  • The Facility Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including maintenance, occupant/owner relations, budgeting, capital planning, reporting, project management, emergency planning and long-term planning of the IFM strategy.
  • Implement building maintenance and operational programs to ensure efficiency and reliability of systems while maintaining best-in-class operations for client’s portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • Five years professional experience in facilities management
  • BS/BA degree
  • RPA, CPM, or CFM designation preferred
  • Prior experience leading/managing direct reports
  • Proven financial and accounting knowledge
