Salary
Base: $158,600.00 - $193,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable pay; Benefits: Comprehensive package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in AI governance
5+ years healthcare industry experience
5+ years leadership and people management
Experience with generative AI and predictive models
Knowledge of healthcare data domains
Cloud-based AI technology stack experience
Nice-to-have
Exceptional executive presence and communication
Strong facilitation and decision-enablement skills
Ability to design AI education programs
Experience with GRC platforms and workflow tools
Proven track record in regulated environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
High school degree or equivalent required
