Job Summary
The mission of our biomarker team is to accelerate early-phase clinical development, through effective patient selection and enrichment, and generation and analysis of clinical biomarker data.
In this role, you will strategize and deliver rigorous biomarker support across multiple disease areas—including Oncology, Immunology, Neurology, Cardiovascular & Metabolism, and Ophthalmology, etc.—to advance translational science in China.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of biomarker experts while also serving as an hands-on individual contributor.

Key Requirements
PhD or MD in a relevant scientific field
Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Proven experience in E2E clinical drug development
Deep familiarity with China regulatory landscape
Extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art biomarker technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
