The Project Director is responsible for leading project teams and ensuring optimal performance throughout the construction lifecycle, beginning at Design Development and continuing through Final Project Closeout.
This role will be based out of either Dallas-Fort Worth, Florida, or North Carolina with travel required among all three to support projects across multiple markets.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related study
Minimum of 10 years multi-family construction experience
Minimum of seven years of supervisory experience
Active Commercial General Contractor license in Florida and or North Carolina
