  • The Project Director is responsible for leading project teams and ensuring optimal performance throughout the construction lifecycle, beginning at Design Development and continuing through Final Project Closeout.
  • This role will be based out of either Dallas-Fort Worth, Florida, or North Carolina with travel required among all three to support projects across multiple markets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related study
  • Minimum of 10 years multi-family construction experience

  • Active Commercial General Contractor license in Florida and or North Carolina
