Job Summary
The role is responsible for strategy development, monitoring and maintenance across repayment and collections.
Responsibilities include understanding and tracking of performance of treatment programs, and making recommendations that improve outcomes, designing digital campaigns and experimenting parallel test to optimise the treatment strategy.
The role holder will partner closely with Collections Operations, Finance, Risk and Data Science team, to update the progress made, what actions are in pipeline and formulate deliverables per PayU objectives.
