The MBA Recruitment and Outreach Lead plays a critical role in connecting the Walton MBA programs with corporate and industry professionals by actively cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships.
This position requires frequent travel for recruitment and corporate engagement, participation in events during evenings and weekends as needed, and the ability to analyze engagement data to assess trends, identify gaps, measure impact, and refine recruitment strategies.
