Workday is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their Agent Platform team, which focuses on AI and agent-based solutions for enhancing customer and employee experiences. Job Summary

  • We’re looking for Sr SDEs and SDEs for the Workday Agent System of Record team who will work closely with Product Managers & Functional Architects, peer and cross functional engineering partners, and with critical external partners to design and build the core Agent System of Record platform.
  • As a Sr SDE/ SDE you will drive design & lead implementation of core features and platform enhancements, with responsibilities including: Creating platform & service architectural design that describes business needs in contest with proposed solutions.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $176,000 USD - $264,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $148,200 USD - $264,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for bonus plan or commission/bonus, annual stock grants

  • Scalable system design
  • Agile/Scrum environment experience

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years experience (Sr SDE)
  • 5+ years experience (SDE)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
