Job Summary

• The Field Service Technician is responsible for managing Diversey’s institutional business operations within an assigned territory, centering on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines at customer sites.
• A core responsibility is to drive customer satisfaction by delivering on Diversey’s value proposition and consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) across key solution areas.

Base: $52,760.00 - $87,930.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k (w/ employer match), paid vacation, holidays, sick time.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year field service experience
• Minimum 1 year selling cleaning solutions/equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
• Experience with Salesforce (FSL)
