Job Summary

  • The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations for employees on UBC payroll within the Providence Research (PR) community.
  • This position is responsible for managing the HR needs of over 250 individuals, including faculty, staff and trainees, providing comprehensive support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • The incumbent must exercise sound judgment in all administrative areas, have tact, be equitable and function openly, maintaining confidentiality internally and externally.
