Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years as Estimator or Cost Manager
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Expertise in AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
Ability to lead teams and client interactions
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff software
Professional certification in project management
Intermediate to Expert level in Excel and Project
Understanding of value engineering principles
Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes
Key Requirements
5+ years experience as Estimator or Cost Manager
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
