Job Summary

  • Own the global website strategy and roadmap across all regional and country-specific web properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business priorities, marketing objectives, and local market needs.
  • Define and execute the global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy, owning on-page, technical, and off-page optimization to drive organic visibility across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous growth, owning the global testing and CRO roadmap, leading A/B and multivariate testing across key journeys, headlines, CTAs, forms, and page flows to improve engagement, lead capture, and conversion efficiency across regions.
