Provides immediate supervision to a unit of employees, setting and delegating day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives.
Supervises unit operations to ensure compliance with divisional and Agency policies, procedures, and defined internal controls, while ensuring accountability and stewardship of Agency resources.
Responds to findings from internal quality control reviews, trains and mentors new claims staff, and completes performance appraisals of staff.
