Engage with clients via chat and calls to understand their business context, transaction monitoring and anti-fraud needs, and key risk and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams to share client feedback and support continuous improvement of the solution and pre-sales processes.
