Must-have
3-5+ years production services experience
Python or Go coding proficiency
SQL with relational databases and warehouses
Containerization Docker OCI Terraform Kubernetes
Modern data stacks Snowflake dbt Airflow Looker
Nice-to-have
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer and product focus mindset
Quality mindset with automated testing
Understanding of distributed data systems trade-offs
Key Requirements
3-5+ years of experience building production services
Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages
Experience with SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake, or BigQuery
Knowledge of containerization, Terraform, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with modern data stacks including dbt and Airflow
