Pfizer is seeking an EHS Senior Associate with expertise in industrial hygiene to join its Environment, Health & Safety division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS compliance and industrial hygiene practices, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and lead initiatives aimed at ensuring workplace safety

  • Administer site’s industrial hygiene program by assisting with development and implementation of procedures and activities with the area/department owners’ participation in assuring they comply with OSHA regulations and Pfizer standards.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience OR Master's degree with 0+ years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma with 8 years of experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of industrial hygiene and safety programs
  • Experience performing internal audits of EHS programs, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with safety program development and cross-functional implementation
