Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the direction and monitoring of all sales activity which includes but not limited to Moog products and services affecting shop and priorities to meet customer needs.
The CSR is responsible for quotation, customer correspondence, order entries, maintenance of all files and logs for repairs, overhauls and warranty returns in accordance with Moog Policy and Procedures.

Key Requirements

2 years experience in Customer Service
Experience in a manufacturing environment
