Skills & Requirements

  • BMS or BAS experience
  • IoT device management
  • Smart buildings spaces familiarity
  • IoT platform technology stack knowledge
  • Building system points mapping
  • Security updates and patching implementation

  • MS Windows Server and SQL server knowledge

Key Requirements

  • 5 years or more of professional experience in Building Automation Systems/IoT
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education
  • ALC experience preferred
  • Lighting controls system experience (Lutron, nLight, Enlighted)
  • RCA experience
  • Program Management experience
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
