Job Summary

• Workday's Agent Platform team is building and maintaining the frameworks, libraries, and patterns that hundreds of Workday developers use to build LLM Agents which interact with Workday’s systems.
• The team's responsibilities include understanding complicated networking and authentication flows for agent communication and tool call execution, and improving Developer Experience for internal and external developers.

Base: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Modern programming language experience (Typescript, Rust, Go, Python)
