Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, transporting residents, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or incidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
