Job Summary
The Mail Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor and leading production operators to accomplish daily production quotas.
This role involves managing the entire mail services process, from receiving and mailing packages, working with refund checks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
