Job Summary
Act as a workflow and informatics subject matter expert across clinical labs, connecting operational needs with platform capabilities to enable end-to-end lab solutions.
Partner with customers to understand current-state workflows and constraints, then design a future-state model using Lean and workflow engineering methods.
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to support selling and delivery for medium to large healthcare providers.
