Job Summary

  • Drive volume, share and profit growth in accounts on an annual, monthly, customer, and brand basis by managing relationships with buyers in multi-unit accounts and working closely with Trade Development, field sales, retailers, and Division Managers.
  • Lead the development of annual plans for key accounts, present new products, execute promotional events, conduct business reviews, and educate account staff on priority brands through training seminars and business/category insights.
  • The base salary for this position is $67,200 - $91,100 with an annual car allowance of $6,000, eligibility for a 15% bonus program, and comprehensive benefits including health care, life insurance, time off, and 401(k) participation.
