• The Director, Corporate Attorney, serves as a strategic legal advisor playing a critical role in supporting the company’s public company reporting obligations and broader corporate governance needs.

Base: $162,400 - $227,400; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and LTI award eligibility; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans, paid time off

Key Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 7+ years corporate law experience
• Active U.S. state bar membership
• Deep knowledge of SEC rules and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Experience managing global subsidiaries
