Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for the holistic design of Engineering tooling, SDLC workflows, AI Powered Engineering (AIPE) interactions, and Platform as Product experiences.
  • The Principal Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
  • This role will work with dedicated Product Owners across AI Powered Engineering, Engineering Practice, Engineering Tooling and Infrastructure teams to map end-to-end experience.
